Caroline is our Head of Accounting and Audit and a Director of the firm. As a Responsible Individual, she is authorised to sign audit reports for our sister company, Türner Audit. She oversees our Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, Statutory Audit, and Corporate Compliance teams, working closely with UK subsidiaries of overseas-headquartered groups.
Caroline helps clients stay on top of their UK accounting and audit obligations — from monthly reporting through to year-end compliance. She understands the time pressures that international groups often face and works with clients to improve local processes, ensuring the financial information coming out of the UK is accurate, timely, and useful for group reporting and decision making.
