Helen is our Practice Manager and plays a central role in keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly. She works closely with the senior team and is responsible for a wide range of internal matters – from issuing client invoices and overseeing our own management reporting to preparing key financial information for the directors. She also manages relationships with our IT providers and external suppliers, ensuring that systems and services are reliable and efficient. By coordinating the many moving parts of the practice, Helen helps create the structure and support that allow our client-facing teams to focus on delivering excellent service.
