Lotti is a Senior Manager in our Audit team and also leads our Corporate Compliance services. She manages a varied portfolio of UK subsidiaries of international groups, delivering efficient and timely statutory audits tailored to each client’s needs.
Alongside her audit work, Lotti supports clients with their ongoing UK corporate responsibilities — from preparing and filing statutory returns at Companies House to maintaining company records and shareholder registers. She also assists with board meeting documentation and provides practical guidance on UK corporate governance and compliance matters. Lotti ensures our clients stay compliant and well-organised, so they can focus on running their business with confidence.
