As a native German speaker, Ursula plays a key role in supporting our German-speaking clients. She assists with day-to-day communications, takes client calls in both German and English, and regularly joins video calls to interpret in real time. Ursula also supports the wider team by translating documents and correspondence to ensure nothing gets lost in translation and our clients feel at ease using their native language.
